Service Description

Rowing is a low impact workout that works approximately 86% of your muscles and will actually help to strengthen muscles responsible for good posture! In this session we will work on longer steady state intervals that will help build strength and endurance. This class is ideal for the athlete that has been on a rowing machine before, but may not be comfortable with high intensity efforts or an athlete that is simply looking for a low impact cross training opportunity. This session will last 30 minutes with a warm-up and cool-down. There are 3 rowing machines available so bring some friends! For this session please bring a water bottle, form fitting clothing, gym shoes, and a Bluetooth or ANT(+) heartrate monitor (optional)
