Service Description
The small group training is a 30 minute session comprised of strength training circuits using bodyweight, dumbbells, kettlebells, etc.. Each session will be designed to work your entire body from your leg muscles up to your shoulder muscles as well as the most important your heart muscle. The setup of the class is: A warm-up followed by a series of various full body circuits and ending with a cool-down and stretching period. The whole class will take no more than 30 minutes total. Please bring a water bottle and wear fitness designed clothing and athletic footwear. I have room for 3 people for each class currently so bring a couple of friends! Also, if the weather is nice, we will plan to be outside!
