Service Description

Rowing is a low impact workout that works approximately 86% of your muscles and will actually help to strengthen muscles responsible for good posture! In this session we will focus on development of power and strength through the use of shorter high intensity intervals. This class is ideal for the athlete that has been on a rowing machine before and is very confident in their ability to push themselves for intervals ranging from 20 seconds to 1 minute at a time. This session will be 30 minutes with a warm-up and cool-down. There are 3 rowing machines available so bring some friends! For this session please bring a water bottle, form fitting clothing and gym shoes, and a Bluetooth or ANT (+) heartrate monitor (optional).
